At Brands & People, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Sale items, personalized products, and undergarments are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Process:

    1. Start your return by contacting us at info@brandsnpeople.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
    2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
    3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization slip.
  • Shipping:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

Refunds

  • Processing Time:
    Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing.
  • Refund Method:
    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@brandsnpeople.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
