Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Sale items, personalized products, and undergarments are non-returnable unless defective.

- Start your return by contacting us at info@brandsnpeople.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include the return authorization slip.

Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

Processing Time:
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. -
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@brandsnpeople.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
